Had family in from out of town, came here on a Saturday. Was immediately seated for my reservation. Staff was very friendly, food was great! We had the Prime Rib, I highly suggest it, if it's not sold out! Great place for food, drinks and atmosphere no matter when you go.
So I went here with my friend last night, everything tasted AMAZING! The firecracker shrimp is to die for! The Buffalo chicken wrap with Ranch on the side was amazing, you can tell the Ranch is homemade!! Moscow Mule on point! I would highly recommend!! Thank you to our server for giving us wonderful service! My friend also loved his French dip sandwich!
We stopped on a whim and on a recommendation from a friend. We both ordered the French Dip Sandwich and fries. It was excellent! The meat was tender with great flavor, and fries were excellent and crispy! Our server was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Went there with 2 friends for lunch. Had the Rueben and salad bar. I'm a Rueben fanatic, and , I must say this was hands down the BEST ever Rueben I've ever had, and I've had a lot. Hot, loaded and oozing with goodness, done perfectly, meaning not burnt or the rye sloppy wet with ingrediants. Salad bar was fresh and plentiful. Buddy had the same, and the lady I was with had a burger that was too big for her to finish. We will most definately be back. Our server, Sheila, was attentive and Johnny-on-the spot the entire time. Bonus was she remembered my Mom from Michael's. That made my day. Mark H.
What a gem! I stopped here while in Rochester for some Mayo appointments. I had read that they had an endless shrimp night that was highly reviewed so I figured I would give it a try. I am so glad I did! Being a solo diner I sat at a 4 top table (they didnt have any two tops), I always worry that a server may be annoyed that I take up a whole table instead of sitting at the bar (I am 7 years sober) but the waitress came over right away with a very friendly enthusiastic hello and let me know the specials and got my drink order. I ordered the endless shrimp with asparagus. I chose the mango bbq skewers and coconut shrimp for my first two orders and it came with a trip to the soup and salad bar. They have a faaaabulous salad bar! The beets are amazing and they have some of the best potato salad and coleslaw I have ever found on a salad bar. The lettuce and salad toppings were all very fresh and though I didnt check out the soup I am sure it was likely great as well. 10/10 salad bar. My shrimp and asparagus came out hot and delicious! The mango bbq shrimp was cooked perfect with a delicious grill flavor and that mango sauce was AWESOME. The coconut shrimp was perfectly crispy with that slight sweet from the coconut. I only wished it had come with a dipping sauce but I asked my server for an additional side of the mango sauce and voila!, perfect! Lastly, my asparagus was tender and perfectly seasoned. 10/10 fast friendly service, spectacular food, will recommend and be back!!!

Every visit is a great experience, I always leave happy. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time, you’ll feel right at home. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!
This was our first visit to Pappy's. It was recommended by the hotel's shuttle driver from Hilton Home 2. The interior was recently remodeled, and the atmosphere is very appealing. The menu had many great looking options, and the food was wonderful and well presented. The salad bar was clean and well stocked. Service received 4 rather than 5 stars for a few reasons. The wait staff attitude was great and accommodating. Beverage refills had to be requested. I ordered their all-you-can-eat shrimp and had to get up, find our wait staff, and request additional cocktail sauce, 1 cup just wasn't enough. The same applied to the ketchup. Just a few minor but frustrating lack of attention details. I didn't care for the receipt format. Tax, I expect, but call it a tax, not something else and what's with the % convenience fee?
